First phone came cracked and smudged. So had to reorder one which was very annoying. Second one the screen protector came very smudged so had to remove it. Customer service took 5 days to respond, and weren't helpful.
The phone is nice, you get what you pay for and what is described. Hoping in the future they release a better Luna (higher storage and specs) as that would be great since 256GB isnt the most.
O telemóvel era mto bonito com o grande ecrã, mas para além de ter problemas de conectividade, tinha um peso que o tornava incomodativo, tive de devolver, e nesse aspeto sem problema por parte da Amazon.
Tout aussi bon que pas mal de smartphones à plus de 1000 balles où au final vous payez plus la marque que la qualité du produit. Ici avec ce Unihertz Luna je ne suis pas déçu. Certe il n'y a pas de tiroir pour ajouter une extension de Go de memoire mais 256Go c'est déjà pas mal. Tout aussi bon que le NothingPhone que vous paierez plus du double pour la meme qualité de produit. Une coque dispo dans le pack ainsi qu'ecran de protection de bonne qualité. Rien à redire, allez-y foncez vous economiserez le prix exorbitant des derniers samsung et iphone équivalents
Tolles Handy.Hatte vorher Oneplus 8T. das Unihertz Luna in Weiß sieht einfach nur geil aus.Mit einem Gewicht von fast 300 Gramm,gewöhnt man sich auch schnell.Ein Kunde hat geschrieben,das die LED bei Anruf und Benachrichtigung nicht funktioniert.Das kann ich leider nicht bestätigen.Bei meinem Luna funktioniert alles perfekt. Und für dem Preis,kann man nichts falsch machen. Die Leistung ist fast gleich und schnell,wie beim Oneplus 8t(Vor 2Jahren noch 599€). Also mein Fazit ist. Gute Größe und etwas schwerer. Empfehlenswert ist es allemal.
Update nach 2Wochen.Habe das Unihertz Luna auch in Schwarz bestellt. Das in weiß, wollte meine Frau unbedingt haben. Wir sind beide,sehr zufrieden mit dem Luna. Für uns völlig ausreichend.Wir brauchen kein Smartphone für tausende Euro.
