Managed to set up the phone and transfer everything across from her old phone (this took a very long time - was extremely slow!!) My daughter then came in and told me she couldn't send a message- I also had a look and the keyboard would not come up - I tried in WhatsApp, email, Google, notes ect - it was just blank and there was no way to be able to type. Very upset daughter as she will now have to go to school with no phone as I am going to have to return it.

It's solidly made and looks nice. And it has all the features you'd expect from a Smartphone. Only had these phones for few days but very happy with them, I bought 2 for myself and my wife. Good ram and storage, set up was easy and straightforward, (just follow the screen prompts.) camera is OK but obviously not high end but adequate for our needs. Fast to respond to screen inputs. Android 10 which is easy to navigate. We don't play games so can't comment on that.
True dual sim slots that work well plus micro sd slot on the same tray.
Value for money phone.
All in all very happy.

Item arrived on time, as described by seller, only been using the phone 2 days so can't say how it will be long term but so far impressed with the phone for the price can't really complain. Phone responsive easy to use and works well. Only 2 negatives I can find really and 1 is picture quality a little poor I use camera a lot so that's a little let down & no contactless pay which I used a lot also on my old phone. Maybe this is something they will improve on in future on newer phones. I would def recommend and buy this brand again.
