I read the specs next to the photo of the phone before buying. It clearly states that there are three card slots. One for Micro SIM, One for Nano SIM and One for Micro SD card. I went ahead and purchased the phone only to find that the card holder does not have a micro SIM slot. It has two Nano SIM slots instead. My old phone only has a micro SIM so i thought this phone would be a good replacement. Very disappointed.

I have used Ulephone products before and wanted to try the new Note 14, first impressions were good, neat packaging including charger and phone case which is not too bulky . Easy to set up and configure, relatively small memory is not an issue for me as I use Google drive for storage , WiFi performance is impressive getting 110 Mbits on my broadband connection and on 4G, 20Mbits which is excellent for my location .Camera works well enough for typical home use and the 7 inch screen makes for easy viewing. Battery easily last a day of relatively hard use on social media and a few you tube videos . Highly recommended. UPDATE
It seems that like every other Android phone with Android 11 and above it will not stream music or play from a file for more than a few minutes once the phone is put down, seems that this happens post ndroid 10 none of the forum suggestions work at all its really frustrating . Be nice to reload Android 10 onto this phone then it may work 100%

OK this is under £100 but come on what a phone.so it's a bit slow be patient clear bright screen,well made,does not look or feel cheap,lift to wake or double tap screen and a plug!!! Come on its a no brainer If this company can do it so can the big boys.Ok it's early days having just got it will it last a couple of years easy,it's got that in a guarantee. I don't think these low priced phones receive software updates but at this price buy another with the updates if you so desire.

I have edited this review based on assistance from U-Trade Tech/Ulefone.

Very happy with the service they provided, as they could've just ignored me; there was nothing mechanically wrong with the phone. The 16gb just didn't have enough storage for me due to preloaded apps.

It's a good size, comes with a pre-attached screen protector and rubbery case. Was easy to adapt to after years of using a samsung.

I would say: the 16gb is suitable for anyone who will be using it primarily as a form of social contact and does not need several apps. You can add an SD card to store your photos. It supports high capacity (SDHC AND SDXC).

Loved the phones looks and features but it keeps dropping my internet connection and doesn't recognise my memory card on start up. It's a shame as it seemed good value at first. This phone has low memory to start with so don't expect to download any decent games , my wife has to continually delete files and emails before recieaving any more emails. The speaker is mono I would have expected stereo which most budget range phones sport these days. Don't expect any smooth copy over feature because the lack of memory won't let you copy over your important data, apps or files, it simply stops working. Adding phone memory is a pain and hit and miss as the phone has a startup issue that sometimes does not recognize the memory card. Start up is very slow and the phones overall performance is really laggy due again to the very low onboard memory. There are much better budget phones on the market, the phones overall spec is dire, video and photographs reflect the the phones poor capabilities. It looks good but I would AVOID this model, there are far better budget brands with much better specs at a similar price....Shop around! And AVOID disappointment 😥

This phone is, without a doubt, an absolute bargain. Looks lovely, feels really well made. It has a performance which is as good as anything you could want; Octacore, loads of memory and storage (which is upgradable with an SD card), Great screen, Dual Sim and the latest Android 10. I end the day with around 30% battery left on average.
I'm sure there are things missing, there must be at the price, but I haven't found them yet. I had a Samsung Note 4 for a few years which began to slow down significantly. Its battery was run down and I bought a succession of replacements which were just hopeless. I bought a Ulefone Note7P as a stopgap replacement phone for the amazing price of around £50. It was so good and better than the Samsung that cost, as I remember, £700, that I kept it and stopped looking further. Jump forward nine months and I saw an advert for the 9P and after looking at the specifications, I thought "what the hell" for that money, I'll get one and keep the 7P as a spare.
I really can't fault the phone and at the price, I can afford to upgrade whenever something new comes up and always have the latest tech. Have no doubts, unless you are a 'Make, name snob', this phone is just what you want or need, until maybe you need to buy a 5G model, which is a way off now. I don't use my phone to pay in shops and I have read that there is something that this won't do so check first before you buy.
Its a no brainer if ever there was one!
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Had a problem after six months and the phone would not charge and battery ran flat. Contacted UF, who were helpful but their under guarantee solution was to send phone back to China. I didn't want to send phone back with the data still on it and with a flat battery, no way to wipe it. Didn't want to wait two months without a phone anyway. UF sent me the part to swap out(took a month to arrive) which was a help but they left off the speaker (which connected to the board). Needed to unsolder the original speaker and resolder on to the replacement. I was not confident to do this as the joints were tiny. I asked UF if they would cover the cost of the repair (£35 on a online site). They said they would only pay £10. What repair can you get done for that amount? With all the warnings about data security and problems reported with Chinese phone companies like Huwai, I decided against a return and put the loss down to experience. Its a great phone but if it needs attention, there is no way but a costly and lengthy return to China.
