1. Measure underbust circumferenceStand up straight without wearing a bra, or you can wear one that is not padded. Expel air from your lungs. Wrap a tape measure tightly around your chest at the lower bra clip and measure around your underbust – around the rib cage, just under the chest. |
2. Measure chest circumferenceNow measure the fullest part of your chest. To ensure that the measurement is accurate, make sure that the tape measure is exactly at the level of your breasts, that the back is straight and that it fits on the breasts without much effort. |
SuggestionsAdjust the lower bra band and straps. The band should be in a horizontal position and at the same level at the front and back. Control the fit of the bra, you should succeed in sliding a finger under the band. |
SuggestionsYou can also take measurements of a bra you already have that fits well. Check the cups of the bra you wear: when you lean forward, your breasts should be completely in the cups. The cups should not frown and your breasts should not overflow. Check the fit of the bra: it should fit perfectly when you close the band with the outermost clasps, since over time the band will relax and you will make the inner staples look smooth. |
