Have used these for ages on the recommendation of my dentist. I find them easier to use than floss, and more effective.

Make sure you get the correct size for the gaps between your teeth. (start small and work up to the biggest that will fit without forcing). I have ended up using four different sizes for different teeth(!).

They are a bit pricey, though.
