I recently sent in a review , after one of my earbuds failed to have any sound, and after contacting Tozo via email, I was told I would they would send me a new set. Tozo followed through and my new earbuds have recently arrived, ( see picture). I was impressed with just one earbud working, but having two is totally amazing. Small enough to fit and stay in my tiny ears, as I have tried many different types of earbuds, and earphones and found they were either too large and uncomfortable or they kept falling out. The sound quality is brilliant. Noise reduction is great, my family thought I was ignoring them, so shows they block out other sounds perfectly. I mainly use mine for audiobooks and meditation apps and they are comfy enough to go to sleep in. Added bonus is they are waterproof and I have used them in the shower with no problem. No connection issues with my iphone 11 and I can leave my phone in the house and go in my back garden ( which is about 10 meters and not loose any signal unless I am practically over the fence. Charging is simple, came with charging case, lead and a set of different sized silicone tips. After a full charge they last for hours without recharging( I had a long journey to cornwall and they were still going after 7hours), although I do tend to put them in the charger every time I take them out. They can be used individually, and once you get the hang of the controls they are simple to use, just remember to pause before taking them out as they can sometimes skip forward if you touch the top of the right one whilst taking out. Id definitely consider buying the newer versions in future but for now these have proved a fantastic cheaper alternative to other more expensive popular wireless earbuds . Anyone having any issues just get in touch with Tozo , you wont regret it. It took less than two weeks to get the replacement buds and it has been the best customer care, I have experienced. Great value for money , Tozo is a brand to be trusted.

Excellent Bluetooth Earbuds, great features at a bargain price

I was looking for a decent set of wireless earbuds and after spending quite a bit of time online looking at a variety of options and also following up on a work colleague's recommendation, I decided to order a set of TOZO T6's.

Overall I'm very impressed with these earbuds, especially given their price of just 29.99 GBP at the time of purchase.

The build quality of both the earbuds and charging case is very good, they don't feel flimsy or cheap, instead having a premium look / feel that belies their price.

The charging case is compact and ergonomic (it fits nicely into the small 'watch pocket' on a pair of jeans), and allows the earbuds to be re-charged 'on the go' approximately 3 to 4 times before the charging case needs a top-up itself (there's 4 LED lights to indicate how much power it has left). It's also nice to see that the case supports Wireless charging for convenience, although it can also be charged using the supplied micro USB cable if you don't have a wireless charging pad to hand.

The earbuds are nicely designed, being both compact and discrete when worn, they fit my ears very well and don't feel loose (they have yet to fall out my ears). Sound quality is also very good, especially considering the size of the each earbud but you might need to tweak EQ settings on your device to get a tonal quality that is more to your personal taste (especially if you want a more pronounced Bass tone).

Pairing to both my phone and PC is fast and painless and I have yet to experience any disconnects in the week or so I have been using them. I can also confirm they also work well with conferencing apps such as Teams and Zoom having had no complaints from people being able to hear me speak during meetings.

Another nice feature is that they can also be used independently of each other (i.e. singularly rather than as a pair) as this allows you the option of listening to audio where stereo isn't so important (spoken commentary / web tutorials etc.) with just one bud in an ear, allowing you to stay more aware of your surrounding environment.

If I had one complaint I would say that the touch controls are a bit fiddly to get used to, especially when compared to similar products that use physical buttons. I suspect that this design choice helps ensure the buds meet their IPX 8 waterproof rating so its probably a little unfair to complain about this too much (the controls work well enough though once you get used to them).

Summing up, the TOZO T6's are excellent value for money, they are well made and provide both sound and features that are comparable with similar products easily costing several times the price.

I've had the the TOZO T6 earbuds for a few weeks now and I use them often. So far they have been good. They connect quickly to my iPhone. They fit very securely and comfortably in my ears. I can wear them for long time. The sound quality and the wireless charging case are amazing at this price point. Noise cancelling is also very good. Some cons, however are:
1. There doesn't seem to be a transparency mode. If they are in your ear, they will block much of the outside noise.
2. They don't recognize when they are out of your ears, so music keeps playing.
3. Because they are small and the surface is touch-sensitive, it is very easy to send false commands to stop/start music if you accidentally touch them (e.g. to adjust fit)
4. I did encounter the common bug where the left earbud stops working. While this is annoying, the solution was fairly straightforward: "Forget Device" on iPhone. Turn off Bluetooth on iPhone. Place the buds in case. Take them out again so they are flashing blue/red. Re-enable Bluetooth on iPhone. Click on the earbuds name once they show up to reconnect. If this doesn't work, contact customer support. I hear they are very helpful.

Llevo usando estos auriculares por más de un año y sin duda me he dado cuenta que destacan por su diseño elegante, ajuste cómodo y calidad de sonido impresionante con bajos profundos y agudos claros. Los controles táctiles son fáciles de usar y la conectividad Bluetooth es estable. La resistencia al agua IPX8 y la prolongada duración de la batería, junto con el práctico estuche de carga, mejoran aún más la experiencia.

Y por si todas esas características fueran pocas, su servicio al cliente es simplemente utópico.
En resumidas cuentas, mi estuche de carga dejo de funcionar sin motivo alguno, ya ni cargaba él ni cargaba a los cascos, y fue ponerme en contacto con la compañía y en cuestión de minutos y un par de preguntas me mandaron un repuesto de la carcasa sin ningún tipo de gasto adicional. Además la claridad, sinceridad y sencillez con la que te hablan es magnifica, sin duda el mejor servicio al cliente que he recibido nunca.

Sin duda si estas buscando unos buenos auriculares o cascos esta empresa es un chollazo porque con un precio realmente económico obtienes un gran producto y la garantía de un servicio al cliente a la altura. Recomiendo a TOZO y de seguro compraré más de sus productos.

Ayant eu un soucis dès les premiers jours avec l'un des écouteurs j'ai contacté le SAV de TOZO et aucun problème, après quelques échanges par mails et tentatives de résolutions du problème, ils ont fait le nécessaire.
