I had a problem with one ear quieter than the other, and credit to Tozo support - they quickly gave me instructions to follow, and when these didn't work, offered to send a new pair out. Really great.

I love Tozo earphones, they are unbelievably good sound quality for the price and stack up against most of the more “luxury” brands. These ones are no different! I love the new sleek case too.

Unfortunately, the battery is not as good as my T10 earphones and the charging case I would say is almost poor and isn’t really functional as a travel case. I have found that that case can barely hold a full charge of the headphones for more than 24 hours so if you’re going on a long weekend break, you’re probably going to be out of juice on the way home.

These still get 4 stars given the good design and great sound quality. For less than £50c they’re a steal.

I had searched online for something to replace my previous wireless earphones (some well reviewed set from 2 years back), and after much research (you tubing and googling) found these.

+++++ positives (why I feel they 5 star earbuds)
* Audio quality is excellent (way better than any of my other earbuds or headsets)
* Bluetooth signal at close range (phone in pocket etc.) works far better than previous earbugs
* Comfortable for prolonged wear (I wear them for 4h at a time during work without breaks, will fit any ear as it comes with enough silicon insert sizes to mix and match)
* ANC/Passthrough is really great at this price point
* I recommended it to friends and family due to product as well as engagement with TOZO when the one earbud had a glitch on ANC, they replaced the bud right away once we had identified that its a hardware issue (honestly didn't expect them help as quick as they did, as such I would rather buy from them in future than other manufacturers

Unfortunately even in a slightly noisy environment the microphone picks up lots of noise and the person at the other end of the call won't hear you well. The noise cancelling is more a sound blocker due to the snug fit in the ear. But the noise is not cancelled effectively, just blocked, similarly to a ear plug. In this price range the noise cancelling technology is as good as it gets also with other brands.

Sound quality and bass is excellent with these buds.
Connection to devices very quick, great when you want to workout.
I do find you need to fiddle with them a bit to get them to fit in ear properly. My previous buds had a fin, which made them stay in. But these do not so took a bit of getting used to. But okay once you get confidence in them that they're not going to fall out.
Noise cancellation is great. With one touch on left bud applies noice cancelling and turns it back off with a second touch. Can really hear the difference without having any music playing.
Although when music is on you can't really tell the difference. But I do like my music very loud so doubt you could hear outside noise over that anyway.
Also, wireless charging does work.
Overall, good buds for the price, so would recommend.

Soy corredor y buscaba unos audifonos comodos y con buena calidad de audio, resistentes al sudor y que no se me cayeran en la primer corrida. Estos NC9 cumplen perfectamente con mis expectativas, la calidad de audio es muy buena y tienen una muy buena calidad en los bajos. muy facil de emparejar tanto con Iphone como con Samsung. Tambien los he utilizado en vuelos de unas 4 horas, la cancelacion de ruido me gusto bastante, practicamente te envuelve en el sonido y no escuchas o escuchas el minimo ruido de los motores del avion. Viene con almohadillas de varios tamaños para adaptarlos a tu oido, supongo que cada oido es diferente pero en mi caso los siento perfectos, la bateria es bastante duradera, nunca se me han descargado pero los he usado por hasta 4 horas continuas, ademas de que una vez que los metes en su estuche se recargan, en uso continuo mas de una semana sin cargarlos. Se cargan con conector tipo C. No es necesario gastar una fortuna en algunos de marca mas comercial.
