Cheap, light, fast charging, 'Apple Style' wireless, headphones with really useful pairing reset key
Full disclosure, I don't get on with 'half-in' headphones, you know, the kind Apple send (or used to send) as the default [wired] option with your iPhone (remember wires?). Luckily, the recipient of these, my youngest, loves that style of ear bud, and gets on with these bargain fellows really well.For 17 quid, there is no point in pretending these will rival Airpods, you're not in the market for Airpods if you're reading this though. For £17 you get a lot:Fast USB-C Charging (cable included)Cracking battery life, maybe four full, four-five hour charges in one case (I think)Easy pairing (Bluetooth 5.3 if your phone / tablet's 5.3 anyway)Unique Bluetooth 'Reset' key (well, I've not seen before), enabling you to unpair the headphones from another device. 'not sure if this is you, this is really useful if you're paired to multiple devices.Premium feel, both buds and case, the latter has a reassuring magnetic 'snap' as you return your buds to their home.Sound is good for the money, first up, the [max] volume's far better than on many budget buds. Colour Name: WhiteVerified Purchase
This is my review of the new Tozo A3 wireless headphones that are similar in style to the apple AirPods.
Unboxing:
Included in the box is the headphones in their case, instructions and quick set up guide, and a usb-c charger - you need to have your own usb to wall device. But who doesn’t these days!
Case:
The case is slick high polished white plastic with a snap magnetic hinge to keep the headphones in place. It has a reset button on the bottom and a battery indicator light showing how much charge left. It runs from green to amber and red. Green is 80-100%. Orange very vague at 20-80, and red 20. But at least you know when to charge up.
The headphones magnetically snap down into their seats in the case so they’re kept secure even with the lid open. They light up with a white glow when you open and immediately go about pairing with a device. This was as easy as going to the Bluetooth on my iPhone and clicking the A3’s and done. From then on as soon as you flip the case lid they pair.
Headphones:
They’re a nice mix of curves and angular plastic that sit comfortably and securely in my ears. No danger of them falling out when moving around and the toil is short enough not to catch on things like a bag or jumper or scarf.
You get loads of tap features with these from the expected play, pause, skip to calling Siri, and even adjusting the volume up and down just with sequences of taps and holds. Once you learn them it’s really easy.
When you’re finished just put them back in the case, shut the lid and they disconnect. That simple.
You can also use them as hands free for phone calls and it seems to handle call quality fairly well on test.
Sound:
They sound pretty good for the price. Good amounts of bass but some well tuned treble and mids. They’re probably a bit more of the bass side but the phone eq can adjust that. They go nice and loud though, I can listen to my iPods on max if it’s noisy, but these I only go about half to 3/4 and that’s enough. The music is better about half volume and sound far clearer than at low volumes though.
Battery:
Time will tell in real world use but we’re quoted 5.5 hours which is more than long enough for any of my commuting and journeys.
Overall:
A great set of in ear headphones that won’t break the bank. Yes you can get higher quality sound out there, but for the price and size these are a perfect pair of headphones for those who want convenience of a pocket sized package. Great for music, audiobooks and all your listening and phone call needs.

UNBOXING & FIT:
- My first impression upon opening these was how small the case is. I really couldn't believe just how nice and sleek it is, the rounded square shape just makes it ideal to easily bring with you everywhere!
- I also think Tozo did a nice job making the hinge on the case feel sturdy and not cheap, it's a minor upgrade but nice.
- I also once again love the USB-C and Wireless charging for the case.
- The earbuds themselves of course look like beans! They are small and have a premium look to them with the shape, build, and placement of the speakers and microphones.
- The fit was the biggest adjustment for me because they feel like they aren't even there! Seriously the bean shape just makes them rest in your ear but yet they are secure and do not fall out. It's a weird feeling not actively knowing you are wearing earbuds but it's something that I grew to love.
- I did worry that these would fall out easily when working out or going on runs/walks. However, I did a few workouts with these and had no issues at all! I can't say whether that will remain consistent but so far so good.
- On that, these are meant to be comfy for long wearing and I could not agree more on this concept. I don't feel the need to take them off because of fatigue like in earbuds or over-the-ear headphones. And maybe that's just me, but I do think the open-air concept of these makes them much more comfortable than normal earbuds.
AUDIO QUALITY:
- The audio quality is exceptional! The vocals are clear and crisp, the bass is impactful, and the sound is powerful. I enjoy listening to music on these or just about anything that requires audio!
- Taking Calls with these earpods is by far my favorite phone call experience out of any headphones I have ever used! Because there isn't a seal, it makes the phone call feel so much more natural because you can hear the person you are talking to while also hearing the volume of your voice while talking. Along with that, the audio is crisp and the people I have talked to say I sound great.
