I have bought Superga trainers [ both the platform and flat types] for the last 10 years. I usually buy a new pair of either white platforms or a coloured pair with a softer sole each summer. I was always happy with the size and comfort- until now.
They were a lot cheaper this year [ almost half last year's price] and I thought I was getting a great bargain. When they arrived all seemed fine until I put them on. Far too big despite buying my usual size. I bought shoe insoles hoping that would fix the problem.
Once I started wearing them outside things only got worse. They cut across my foot giving me awful pain and my heels constantly slip out of them. I have ended up with terrible pain in both feet that radiates up my legs.
I now have to look for another label as I can no longer trust Superga for size and quality. So disappointing.

These look lovely and fit well, but are impossible to walk in. The sole is so hard and there is zero flexibility. They were a great price and that might be why.
