These speakers are an excellent value almost direct replacement for the factory ones in my Citroen Berlingo (2007).The size is perfect circumference-wise, however you do need to cut into the membrane at the back in the doors to allow the deeper magnet, etc to fit.The original grill / cover was easy enough to prise off with a small screwdriver. 4 torx screws then allowed it's removel (keep, as you need to reuse these).Remove the old speakers, remove the tiny plastic notch sticking out where the old speakers sat.I ended up cutting a small length of cable (included in the kit) with clips on and soldering these to the existing car wires. Using heat activated soldering tubes is really easy, using a lighter to melt the solder and join the wires.Installation is simply a case of lining the holes up again, then using the original screws.The original covers from the Berlingo fit perfectly. The included ones were sadly a tiny bit too wide (a mm or two).Sound is reasonably good. I can turn the bass up on the stock stereo, turn the volume up and it remains clear and good to listen to. Purchased to replace the OEM door speakers in my Fiat Ducato Camper - the originals had perished over the years. These went in easily - plenty of mounting holes and a quick drill through the door card was only required for 2 fixings. Didn't use the supplied leads or fixings as the OEM stuff was all fine and I didn't fit the supplied grills as the door speakers live under a grill in the door card. Sound quality - perfectly acceptable for the money spent - let's face it a 2.8 diesel van will drown out the finer points of any car stereo system but now I have clear audio on the move and very decent sound when parked up so all good for me.

I would normally buy focal, alpine etc but i was just looking for a cheap set of speakers to replace some marine 6.5" speakers i have that sound terrible.

After searching i found these and thought, well for the price i will give them a go. Not expecting much to be honest. But to my suprise they sound fine, descent bass response , nice clear mids and highs. I was very suprised, the quality is better than expected. Descent size magnets , speaker wire supplied is abit flimsy, but the grills are good. If you are just running them off a head unit they should be ok. Would i try another set of sub zero ice , yes.

If I wasnt so broke I'd be more annoyed I didnt get better quality speakers, but these do the job, if a bit tinny sounding. Not much richness. Perhaps my headunit is under powering them. If you've got money, spend a little bit more and get something better. But if your old speakers have disintegrated into dust like mine did, these will do.

I needed some 6.5inch speakers with some good solid bass, and I *always* check the frequency response. The range these delivered, for the money, just seemed too good to be true: 20Hz-50,000kHz. That 20Hz number on the speakers is critical for getting the clearest bass out of your music - even the compressed/streamed stuff generally limited to 40Hz, so that there's plenty of headroom.

These speakers exceeded my expectations by a long way. Not only is the bass strong, I can feel it rattling the door around my lower legs, at full power. These are great speakers for the money and I would happily buy another pair of these to go on my compact parcel shelf, instead of space taken up by a subwoofer.

My advice to fitting these is to get dynamat on the inside of the door skin, and on the inner frame of the door to make good use of the bass, instead of wasting a bit of that sound energy rattling the doors. Btw, I played Chemical Brothers 'Do it again,' as my go to tune for testing the bass and the highs. Sounds great!

Al menos razonablemente bien para lo que cuestan y el tamaño que tienen. No tienen los bajos mas potentes del mundo, pero no suenan a movil o a lata como otros altavoces que mis tímpanos han tenido la desgracia de sufrir. En cualquier caso, pueden sonar con potencia suficiente como para un viaje descapotado escuchando bien la música, sin vibraciones ni distorsiones.

¿Habra altavoces que suenen mejor? Seguro, pero no es mi intención tener una discoteca movil con la que atronar a kilometros a la redonda a la gente con la música que a mi me gusta. Para escuchar mi música al generoso volumen que me gusta en carretera, sin molestar a gente, son mas que suficientes.

Ho acquistato questi altoparlanti per inserirli in un cabinato da gioco autocostruito; in questo caso ho incassato gli altoparlanti in una struttura in legno multistrato con tanto spazio all'interno, il segnale audio arriva agli altoparlanti da un amplificatore cinese pagato dieci euro che a sua volta prende il segnale audio dall'uscita stereo del computer, nonostante questo il suono dei due altoparlanti in questione risulta pulito e non distorto finché non si arriva a livelli di volume fastidiosi e quindi inutili. Probabilmente con una buona fonte audio e inseriti negli sportelli di una qualsiasi auto la resa sarebbe migliore, ma considerando il prezzo al quale vengono venduti è già un ottimo risultato. Anche il desing è accattivante; le mascherine protettive in dotazione sono un po' ingombranti ma hanno quel retrogusto di "tamarro" che in certi casi (tipo questo) è perfetto.
