Arrived promptly but only the right earbud worked. Did a factory reset, reinitialised and a firmware upgrade, all to no avail.
I bought these a "renewed" but what's the point if they don't work? Does the supplier think they can fob them off and people won't notice? Or maybe they're under the impression that people buy a pair of earbuds but only use one of them? Wasting my bloody time messing around with refunds. Not impressed😡
