Arrived promptly but only the right earbud worked. Did a factory reset, reinitialised and a firmware upgrade, all to no avail.
I bought these a "renewed" but what's the point if they don't work? Does the supplier think they can fob them off and people won't notice? Or maybe they're under the impression that people buy a pair of earbuds but only use one of them? Wasting my bloody time messing around with refunds. Not impressed😡

..but just as good. Love these as much as I loved the previous model (and a little bit more). Best noise cancellation and sound from an earbud there is. Battery lasts forever, fit is excellent, high quality. Great work from Sony, highly recommend, especially if you like a run with music - no need to chase these down the street :d

Die Lieferung wurde nicht an die Adresse geliefert, sondern musste vom UPS Verteilzentrum abgeholt werden. (1 Stunde fahrt). Beim Öffnen der Verpackung stellte sich dar, daß es scheinbar keine originale Neuware ist, evtl. Sogar fake Ware da das Gehäuse nicht original aussah. Also zurückgeschickt nach GB und im Elektromarkt zwar 20€ teurer, doch die nagelneuen Original gekauft. Nicht zu empfehlen so eine Aktion
