I recently purchased the POCO X5 5G in Black with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage from Amazon, and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. This smartphone has truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect.
First and foremost, the design is sleek and modern. The black color gives it a sophisticated look, and the build quality is top-notch. The phone feels premium in hand, and the large 6.5-inch display provides an immersive viewing experience, whether I'm streaming videos, playing games, or simply browsing.
The 8GB RAM ensures smooth multitasking, and I've experienced no lag or slowdowns even when running multiple apps simultaneously. The 256GB of storage is ample for all my photos, videos, and apps, and the option to expand it further is a great bonus.
The POCO X5 5G's performance is outstanding, thanks to its powerful processor. Whether I'm gaming or running resource-intensive applications, the phone handles everything effortlessly. The 5G connectivity is a game-changer, offering lightning-fast internet speeds for seamless browsing and downloading.
The camera system is impressive, capturing sharp and vibrant photos in various lighting conditions. The AI enhancements add a creative touch to my photos, and the numerous shooting modes provide versatility for photography enthusiasts.
The battery life is another standout feature. The 5,000mAh battery easily lasts me a full day of heavy usage, and the fast-charging capability ensures that I'm never without my device for long.
The POCO X5 5G also runs on the latest Android version, and the MIUI skin adds useful features and customization options without sacrificing performance.
Overall, the POCO X5 5G is a fantastic smartphone that offers incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a powerful, feature-packed device. Kudos to Amazon for delivering this product promptly and in excellent condition!
I received this as a birthday present and I love it! It has state of the art functions: Great Camera, well built battery life, Very good Memory and it is very good value for money having many more features than some more expensive brands! 100% Recommended to Everyone Everywhere
Replaced a Poco F3 that lost all phone reception. Well this isn't much better. The old phone had excellent reception but the X5 has very poor reception. You can see where Xiaomi have cut corners.
My second POCO as I lost my first one before setting up find phone application. Does just about the same as any other SMART phone on the market but at a fraction of the price. Good screen, very reactive touch panel and camera much better than reviews would suggest, I never carry a camera these days. Great battery life too; nothing really to dislike. It's a phone that does what you expect.
I have a pixel 7 and got this for my son and it's quicker much better quality for watching media more storage better reception the camera is the only place it lacks a tad but it's not bad and at nearly a quarter of the price well worth ever penny oh ant it has quick charge and it works!
Just managed to get this thing set up (Poco X5 5G 8/256GB) and ... it is rubbish. Yes you can put in a micro-SD card, but you can't do anything with it. The thing is absolutely full of rubbish apps that you can't get rid of, I mean dozens of them, and the Chinese software layer added on top of Android (MIUI V13) now really, really gets in your way (especially with the USB port). I previously had a Huawei P20 running Android 9 and Miui 9 and that was poor enough, and because they both have Chinese adaptations of Android it is incredibly difficult to transfer everything to the new phone. I have learnt, or more accurately re-learnt, a big lesson: stay well away from the big Chinese brands of phone (Xiaomi/Poco, Huawei/Honor and others), and do not trust reviews as they tend to gloss over difficult issues and concentrate on basics (this phone does have a very, very good screen, but I cannot set it up the way I want. Despite all the hassle that this is going to cause me, this phone has to go back. At £99 pounds I wouldn't have wanted to keep it, at £280 there's no chance; it is a bad joke even though there is excellent hardware in it for a lowish price. Avoid.
