Bad quality But Replaced
I took the item out of packaging and left it out on bed to expand and air just before I went on holiday. I didnt check the item and I discarded the packaging in the bin. I've just come back from holiday and put duvet cover on, only to find the duvet is torn at the seem and it looks like it has been repaired before with different sewing on the seem. This is really not good but don't know how to return without the packaging.Update on review. Replacement item delivered that was fine and is comfortable. I've also arranged to have faulty item returned. The return process was fine once I learned how.
