I knew it didn't have a physical keyboard when I bought it, and I absolutely hate that it doesn't. I hate that it's perilously unbalanced in my hand and the bottom third of the screen is a complete waste of battery but whatever. That's another 8 track loss to the world. Other than that, I really couldn't give a toss. It apparently doesn't do something that requires a better processor/higher resolution/more memory(?), but it's a decent enough phone/communication device given the choices available.

Phone currently unable to use the touch screen, tried various forms of trouble shooting and CS to no avail, no water damage, the product received was defective.

Had other minor technical issues, upon a week purchase phone was unable to be set to low brightness without the product screen glitching out and making it virtually unfunctional unless brightness was adjusted above a certain limit.
