On the product page it doesn’t say that the phone is renewed/refurbished. However, the device I received was definitely used as I first turned on the phone; instead of opening up the device set up wizard, it directly booted into home screen. So, that only means that someone else had set up the phone. Also, there was a System notification about removing unused apps, which is only sent when an app wasn’t used for months!

The phone is clearly refurbished or used before.

Devo dire che mi trovo bene, utilizzo tantissimo il telefono anche per lavoro, sono contenta della batteria che a carica piena dura almeno mezza giornata. Le foto vengono bellissime. Le dimensioni del telefono non sono eccessive e ha delle integrazioni per la modalità notturna molto comodi. Ultima cosa è dualsim quindi per chi ha anche una seconda sim è comodo.
Le pecche sono per quanto riguarda il navigatore, passa alla modalità notturna anche di giorno e ho provato a collegarlo al televisore con cavo HDMI ma dex non lo riconosce.
Attualmente non ho ancora scoperto tutte le funzionalità ma sono soddisfatta dell'acquisto

E' un buono smartphone, anche tre anni dopo l'uscita, anche se soffre di qualche difettuccio.
La batteria tende a scaricarsi con una velocità sorprendente, se si fa uso del telefono. Finchè sta in stand by consuma pochissimo, anche tenendo wifi e bluetooth attivi. Ma appena cominci a usarlo la batteria scende a velocità impressionante, cosa che rende ancora più fastidioso l'altro difetto, l'assenza di jack audio. Dover usare per forza cuffie usb impedisce di tenerlo in carica (e abbiamo già visto che un qualsiasi utilizzo dello smartphone inizia a ciuccare dalla batteria che è un piacere). L'unica alternativa se si vuole tenere il telefono in carica mentre lo si usa per conversazioni in cuffia o per ascoltare musica o guardare video senza disturbare chi sta intorno, è ricorrere a cuffie bluetooth (a loro volta soggette a problemi di durata dlela carica).
In pratica con questo telefono avere una powerbank con sè è praticamente obbligatorio se lo si utilizza con una certa intensità durante la giornata.
Per il resto sono abbastanza soddisfatto (mi serviva uno smartphone con bussola "reale" incorporata) ma da un telefono che all'uscita non era di fascia media ma di fascia alta, ci si poteva aspettare anche qualcosa di più.
