It's G4 compatible, but not sure for how long. Pity, because the camera,picture and sound are brilliant. Samsung are like Windows, they make a great model... then..... NOPE. The only fault I could have, is the Accessabilty button next to the back button. I want to use this phone for a long time, but I know It's already out of date

I’d ordered a Samsung from this company as I’d needed a new phone, at first the phone was fine but then only after a couple months it stopped charging. I’d contacted the customer service about this and was informed to send it back to them so that I could get a refund, I’d done as they asked and after 3 weeks of not hearing anything back I checked the delivery and saw that they’d received it and signed for it. I contacted customer service again to find out why I wasn’t contacted and I was just told that the phone was working fine, despite the fact it clearly wasn’t when I had it, and that they’d return it to me, which is not what was agreed. I then asked for the refund they’d previously agreed on and was told to contact Amazon customer service which I did. The next day they informed me that they wouldn’t issue a refund as it’s over 30 days since purchase. This had never been mentioned prior to purchasing the phone as well as when they promised a refund before. After going through Amazon customer service I was able to secure a refund to no help of Dig n Delve. Do not buy from them as they will do their best to keep the phone and your money.

I like the speed of the internal processor and the memory is much bigger than my last phone. The quality of the pictures and videos are fantastic. Its so very easy to use, I just wish this particular model came in a bigger size though. With it being a refurbished phone it was in excellent condition.
