I am a tech youtuber who believes in keeping tech for longer by fixing and upgrading. My samsung galaxy S5 started dying, so I decided to look for an upgrade, and although this is the year of the iPhones 10 and Samasung Galaxy S9 and Huawei Mate Pro, I decided to look a few versions back and the S7 fit the bill perfectly. I have nothing but good things to say, its a phone which offers all the functions of a smartphone, and I use it as a daily driver for my work which includes recording youtube tutorials. Pictures are great even without enhancements, like seen above.

Love the phone. Updated from a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini which I'd had for a long time, so ready for something new. Nice & fast to use, a clear & responsive screen with great colours. Needed an update via wifi out of the box, then transfered almost everything from my old phone via the NFC function. Happy overall with everything, just learning to use it now! It has much more software than my old phone which needs sorting into useful & not. The ONLY bugbear is that I don't seem to be able to move my icons around the screen like my old phone, by holding then moving. It seems to have a very longwinded way of moving them around. Maybe I'm doing it wrong? Also, I have 2 ringtones which were downloaded many years ago for my 2 favourite contacts which haven't transfered & I can't find which folder holds then in my old Samsung to send them across to the new one. Overall, happy with my new toy...... now how to drive it?

I will try to update review in few month or so.
At the moment very happy with my purchase. It was quickest delivery I had in amazon. Less than 24 hours from tje moment I searched for the phone (i know it is not always possible, but I was really happy to get new phone as quickly as possible)
Phone looks brand new. Has got all accessories needed. Must mention that box looked open (seal was not broken, just was not sticking to the box) a and sticker on screen looks like it was placed there for second time, but it might be due to the fact that I wanted sim free phone and it need to be done by switching it on before sending. Anyway I might be wrong about sticker as everuthing looked perfect and intaked. No scratches, no fingerprints.
It is good value for money.

Supplied by HandyGlobal through Amazon.co.uk Market Place without a UK charger plug (£10 to buy one from Amazon!). The email receipt is in German. The handset is excellent and hugely faster and more responsive than my old S3, also battery life seems much better so far (but it's not user replaceable).
Two reservations - it is very slippery; I have invested in a gel case as I was really nervous of it slipping out of my hand (the S3 was the same) - the registration process on the Samsung website is incompetent to an astonishing degree! The Model Number is required to do anything and the model number on the sticker on the back and in Settings is incomplete so you can never complete online registration! I had to email for help and a very helpful reply from a Samsung employee advises that she has registered it for me, as she can find the model number from the Serial Number I supplied; why ever can't the website do that for us?

This must of been the most disapointing purchase I've ever made in my life.
I thought it would be nice to upgrade from my old Samsung S6 as I had it a few years so decided to order a S7.
My last 3 phones were Samsung ones and have always being a reliable phone.

Anyway my purchase of the S7 started well and the transfer of Phone data went smoothly.

The next day the phone was frozen as I was out in town and I could not restart as it never got past the start up "Samsung Galaxy S7" screen. It took at least 3 hours before it decided to unfreeze.

That evening did an operating system update hoping it would resolve the issue.

The next day the phone froze yet again for a few hours, later in the evening and went through Samsung online helpline (who where very helpful) to try and run the phone in "safe mode" but it was freezing on that to, in the end of my ordeal they said its the hardware and will have to be sent back for inspection.

I am very dissapointed that for such and expensive high grade phone it's totaly useless, this is the sort of thing I would expect from a cheap phone for £14.99 form the local supermarket not from a £425 one!!!!

If I would give this 0 stars if the review allowed it.

Good phone but I have had great problems in charging it. The first one I had lasted eight months before the battery died and the phone was unusable. I contacted the seller through Amazon and, to their credit, they agreed to refund me, even though it was long past the 30-day deadline. I then bought the same model again as it suits my needs perfectly. However, this one started to display recharging problems in only three weeks. Charging is a hit-and-miss affair - sometimes it will charge fully, at other times not at all, even when left all night on charge. I shall give it a week more before deciding whether to return it. I contacted Samsung, who said that as the model was introduced in 2016, the batteries could well have degraded. Really? In that case they had no business in allowing dealers to sell these phones. Will not buy another if I do return it.

Gorgeous crafted smartphone. There is nothing much to say that people will not already know so I just want to say a few minuses that are my opinion. The phone felt tall for me as I prefer the smaller phone and battery life varies everyday. Battery life is always subjective mainly due to what apps people use but somedays were good and somedays it felt like battery was going down quite fast.

Else this phone has the lot and micro sd support is one of them. The audio through headphone is lots clear and dynamic compared o my Sony Z5 Compact and I like the way the white version shows all the sensors on the front whereas black hides them. Gorgeous screen fully flexible as Android is compared to crippled IOS there is basically nothing wrong with the S7.

I was a little dubious about buying a refurbed phone, but I've been very impressed! I loved my S7, had it for 3 years and it only broke after a clumsy drop from a height, totally my fault. So even though there are newer phones out there, I really just wanted the same one again.
I found this one and was a bit worried about what condition it might be in, but was comforted due to the 12 month guarantee. It arrived sooner than expected and in fantastic condition. You could not tell that it wasn't brand new.
So so happy. Would 100% recommend. And I never usually write reviews on here! Haha!

J'ai racheter car c'était mon premier téléphone Samsung, et je ne regrette pas il est parfait car il n'a pas tout ces "outils" inutile qu'ont les nouveaux.
L'interface marche très bien, aucun lag pour l'instant et la batterie dure assez longtemps.
Seul bémol c'est le réseau mobile qui a du mal a capter la 4G.

Le téléphone était bien emballé. Il était neuf (boite scellée) tout y était, écouteurs, cable usb, chargeur, le pins pour ouvrir le compartiment Sim card, un adaptateur pour cable usb pour effectuer le transfert de fichiers de l'ancien téléphone vers le nouveau, l'adresse web pour télécharger le manuel d'utilisation.
Le colis est arrivé avec 2 jours d'avance mais j'ai été prévenu par le transporteur.
J'ai mis le téléphone en charge immédiatement car la batterie était complètement déchargée (2 ou 3 heures de charge). Le clavier était réglé en qwerty et les paramètres de saisies en langue anglaise. J'ai immédiatement fait mes réglages personnels et mis à jour le logiciel. Le transfert de mon ancien téléphone vers le nouveau c'est très bien passé (aucuns problèmes rencontrés).
Je recommande ce produit très vivement (Samsung S7 couleur or).
