No complaints and a decent upgrade from the s20 fe 5g albeit with a couple compromises that I was willing to make.

Phone had no visual scratches on the screen or back (from my eyes) and looked like I'd just unboxed it new. Came neatly in it's original box with all of the contents of the box included inside.

Just a note: For people like me who are considering this phone as an upgrade from a bigger screen to the smaller screen (in hopes it will be more compact) I'm pleased to say It definitely does feel alot more compact and easier to hold however watching movies/ videos is not as good as when I was on my old 6.5 inch screen.

I just thought I'd mention that to make some people who may be upgrading to this from a bigger screen aware.

The price point is a little steep for what I have received... I can barely hear anything when making calls and the phone battery drains super fast . There was is a few scuff marks on the phone and scratches on the camera lens as well again its refurbished so .

My other phone kicked the bucket unexpectedly and I didn't want to sign up for a new phone and pay alot so I took a gamble on a refurbished phone .

Bonus points that my cell bill didn't go up.

But a few big flaws that I'm kind of bummed about . Especially with the price I paid .
