The images are from Cookies and cream. There were little black bits which I assume is the cookies part.The smell was not good but the taste was decent. I've tried banana, vanilla, cookies and cream and strawberry. All were good. I have it with Skim milk for the extra protein. I also have two scoops to double up the protein. They're thick and creamy. The cookies and cream was a bit gritty but the others aren't.I sometimes blend some fruit with the banana, vanilla or strawberry or I mix one scoop of one and one from another. Just to give myself a change as the tubs are big so you can get sick of the same flavour everyday.I mix mine in a blender so there's no lumps to worry about.Overall I like these shakes and I'll be buying more in the future.
