The phone is supplied with no manual. Even online provides instructions assuming you will understand the keypad menu! Also the SIM card via vodophone has failed with no service on several occasions. Only bought as PAYG to provide an emergency contact or use on holiday save carrying expensive iPhone around. Suppose you get what you pay for. Will persevere with phone but will return for refund if initial 14 days shows no service available in that period
