I can't emphasize how terrible this product is, and highlights how people are out there to scam you. This item comes equipped with malware that drains your credit by making international calls, even when your mobile data is inactive, a very devious scam. It also has in-built ads that pop up while you're navigating the phones menus. I would strongly recommend avoiding this at all costs. Bought it for my poor 80-year old mother and it has caused her financial issues. The battery lasts minutes when in use, and it's extremely slow to navigate in any case. Awful product.

I should of known you get what you pay for. I got this for my 12 year old son as his first phone and even he doesn't like it. It runs very slow ⛛ and the battery 🔋 last a max nine hours just on standby not even touching it. It won't even let you download Netflix I am assuming that's due to the low memory on it. And you can't order a replacement case for it if anything happens to the cheap one it comes with. We put his fingerprint on it for security 🔐 and even my print unlocks it. Not impressed wouldn't buy again or recommend.

As for this order of a mobile phone I found it not too bad for What I hoped for. Though the only problem as it being as a basic android type one that I had quite a bit of setting it up in the first place in ;the end for to properly then use. Otherwise these days it works for what Id want ;it too or neeed and was fairly happy with it ooo.

Brought this phone as a spare while mine was getting the screen repaired. So only intended for short term use. I couldn't download WhatsApp as it's only 3g compatible and is very slow even after connecting to WiFi made no difference due to it being 3g.

The postives of the phone is it's lightweight and perfectly fine for the use of calling and texting. So if your only wanting to call and text it's perfectly fine for this. But no good for apps such as WhatsApp Facebook etc.. I didn't try the camera on the phone and after initially setting up and realising I couldn't install my usual apps I decided to return for a full refund which has now been completed.
