I've only use it for hair, although it comes with tools to apply on eyebrows and lashes.
I use a small amount to massage my head, then leave it overnight, and wash it the day after.
I've only used it 3 times, so can't say anything about hair growth stimulation, but what I can say is the somehow my hair doesn't go greasy as fast as it used to, is no longer tangled, and it feels so nice and smooth and healthy.
