Love love love this mascara. Makes my eyelashes look ridiculously long and stays on all day. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is I don’t think the waterproof version is as waterproof as other Maybelline mascara

I use the black, burgundy, blue and waterproof black. Incredible mascara to use in my personal opinion. I have swam and been in the rain and the waterproof never smudged. If you want your lashes to look longer then try the waterproof first then add the black on top. The burgundy seems to make my blue/grey eyes stand out better and it gives a softer look. The blue is a playful colour if you just want a bit of fun. Enjoy using, I certainly recommend this product.

I don’t like lash extensions so mascara is important for me. This mascara is dope. If you apply it with patience, you will get the best result. I usually wait like 2 minutes in between each coat to get the best result and to avoid smudges. It doesn’t hurt my eyes too and removing it at night is a breeze

So now I have bought and used both. Like the black. Does the job. All the hype says the burgundy makes blue or green eyes ‘pop’ - well it doesn’t! It is softer than black and looks nice and natural on lower lashes but may as well just be brown on the upper lashes. Nice if you have both and can be bothered to mess about to use black for top and the burgundy for bottom. But they are pretty hood mascaras, not amazing but fine and fit for purpose.,

The other colours available are equally fab - I bought them all!

I usually use the black which I love but went for brown to see if it looked a little softer, it’s nowhere near as good as the black for lift and lengthening the lashes. I’ve only used once as it arrived with no seal at all so it’s put me off using again.

After reading the comments on different sites I was a little reluctant to buy this mascara, but let me tell you, it's amazing! It does have color, not as heavy as the clown mascaras out there but it does give your lashes a burgundy glow to it and I think it looks amazing. Note: I'm blond with green eyes so burgundy just works really well and my lashes aren't the blackest to start on. Perhaps this makes the difference, but I am more than happy to use this as a daily mascara from now on.
