I’m lost for words.. which doesn’t happen often! Whilst I know it’s a refurbished laptop I was not expecting this… it practically looks like new! There are a couple of tiny marks around the charging port - if that’s the only thing you can find on a refurbished one then it’s a winner! Other than that you’d think I’d just bought a brand new one. Battery life is amazing, so far I’ve had a good 5-6 hours of continuous use without needing to plug in. Great value and great performance!!

Good spec laptop which works fast and holds charge well. Solidly built. Significantly cheaper than a similar new machine. Still getting to grips with newer software and of course the machine has to be personalised. No instructions with the machine but these are available online and so far only commonsense is needed. Only other quibble is I can't find version ID for software....whether this might be a problem I don't know...maybe I'm not looking hard enough. So far it's doing everything I need and I am satisfied !

I like everything about this device. But keyboard is probably my most favorite part. It feels so good to type on, very clicky, but not annoying. However, one day, it just died on me and won't turn on again. So, I had to return this to them and order a replacement because it's being unreliable and I cannot afford to go without a laptop. The customer support reported to me after the return, saying that the battery was just flat. I'm not sure why they said that because I literally tried everything and I'm very certain that it was not about the battery. It was just dead.
