Finally a fast light laptop
My last laptop was 10 years old (the broken red one in the back) and I got really used to everything being frozen for a few minutes, or shutting down randomly. It’s my first time buying a laptop by myself and I was a bit scared to buy renewed one. However laptop is very handy and seems works well. It also looks new and has no scratches at all.Had an issue with the battery being faulty but the seller is currently helping me to solve it and will provide another battery!

the laptop is supposed to be under warranty and has amazon renewed guarantee , but none of them are useful, my laptop which is hardly used for 1 or 2 hours a day for 2-3 months , it turns off completely when i am doing some work , when contacted seller , first they waste time by telling to self diagnose and after that they will trouble you and ask to give more than 14 photos and alot of other information which is useless and doesnt even relate to the issue i am having

buy a proper laptop directly from retailer and never ever from companies like microdream as they will waste alot of your time and in the end also you dont know if they will fix your problem

I received a excellent piece of laptop, no scratches, fantastic display, original charger.
However, it wont turn on without the charger. On checking further found that the internal battery is not detected and the external battery wont charge at all. Contacted the seller and they immediately accepted the return with a full refund. Seller was co-operative all throughout the refund and return process and I must say they have excellent customer service.
I would advise the sellers(s) to do a quality and health check of the laptops before they are despatched from their hub to avoid such inconveniences.
