I actually managed to get this fitted onto my phone perfectly on the first attempt, so I now have a screen protector and 2 spares!
I’m not boasting, I’m just saying that if I can do it, it must be fairly straightforward.

The instructions are basic, but sufficient, and it’s a good idea to use that QR code provided and watch their video.
I also watched a few other videos, and picked up another couple of tips that (I’m sure) were helpful:
One tip was to be careful when using the orange microfibre cloth (provided) to polish the screen. The woven part doesn’t shed fibres, BUT the cut edges can, so I folded the edges out of sight before I polished the screen - it was fine.
The other tip I found useful was to blu-tack the phone to the table when you’re ready to start sticking the glass sheet down. It’s a bit like having an extra person to help you; holding the phone steady without actually getting in the way.

If it’s correctly fitted/centred, there will be about 1mm of uncovered screen around the entire edge, which means that it won’t interfere with fitting a “general” protective cover to the rest of the phone, because they do tend to “frame” the front slightly.

The touch screen still works perfectly - in fact it’s hard to tell there’s another screen on it.

Finally - the drop test …… umm ….. NOT!
I’m not dropping or doing anything risky to my phone just for an Amazon review - time will tell. It has to be better with this thing on it, and I have spares. Definitely worth the expense.

They fit very well and do a great job of protecting the screen, I haven’t had any issues whilst using them and barely notice they’re there.
