Great sound quality for music listening, however for watching a film or show on your laptop it's no use as the sound is out of sync with lip movements on screen. This seems to be a known problem. Although Harman/JBL have agreed to attempt to repair it, they make returning the item for repair incredibly difficult/impossible. I would STRONGLY advise against buying this product

 So as you can see form the video the box as already been opened so it seems to me that this is a reused product, if this is the case and it’s been sold as a new product then it’s been sold under false pretence?
This will come under the sales and goods act 1979
