I don't currently have my ruler with me so unfortunately you'll have to do without the measurement confirmation but I do have an average size water bottle for comparison; if you read the full description I'm sure the measurements are somewhere but I'd say for this product the weight matters more than the size of the pscket. I saw a few reviews stating that the package had been ripped and spilled salt inside the box, I did not experience this as my package was perfectly intact. I use this salt for fertiliser as the magnesium and sulfate are very good minerals for plant growth as well as the water of crystallisation being so high in MgSO4 that it adds more water to the plant, meaning it won't harm your soil like other salts. Due to my usage of the salts, I cannot attest to their usefulness when used to aid muscle contraction and pain relief however I'm sure they work as well as other magnesium sulfate epsom salts as chemicals are chemicals no matter what brand. I have searched online on many sites and this specific product had the best price out of all of them so for that I recommend this product to everyone. 5 stars!

The products packaging is abit annoying, a stiff like plastic and when I opened it the salts all flicked out over the floor.

No scooper which would be ideal 1 scoop is 250grams and 2 scoops is 500g.

Difficult to assess if the bath salts make a difference to a normal bath for the deep relaxation of the muscles. Scented ones would be good I ass lavender oil for a scent.

I preferred Dr Salts lavender bubble bath for a more relaxing experience.
