Review written on the day it arrived, hoping it will help others with sizing. Size purchased: 7-8. The pink (leftmost) insole came from Brooks Vapor Women's size UK6.5 / 25.5cm. The black (rightmost) insole came from Magnum boot UK6 (this is the shoe the insoles were purchased for). Was able to easily trim with a good pair of scissors (although this probably only works if the sizing difference is small, due to the shape of the insole).

Bought them with a bit of skeptical feelings, but after I wore them for the first time, I realized I was wrong. I spend my whole day on my feet, so it's important for me to have good insoles and cushioning, and these do so well. I bought the 2.5 cm ones to have more cushion at the back of my feet and to give my trainers a sort of feeling. It's good to have additional height for some people, but I don't feel any increase in height even though I'm just 1.82 meters.
