The product for me definitely thickens the hair and makes it healthy and i can assure you they are real picks and i havent dyed my hair i dont think it will cure where your bald but defo saved and thickens mine

It has been a year of consistent use (twice a week, I have medium sized hair).

Great shampoo and conditioner however I’m a brunette that colours my hair to cover my greys and this product strips the colour, could do with bringing out one that is for coloured hair not just blondes. Other than that this works well, I have less hair shedding and my hair is stronger and healthier. NB. I have subscribed as I stopped using it for a couple of months and my hair fell out in clumps.

Love the scent of this shampoo and conditioner. It's not floral or sweet. I certainly believe there is less hair in my hairbrush each morning.

I have only used this product for the last two weeks but I am not happy with how my hair feels afterwards. I think it is the conditioner.

In hindsight I did not need the conditioner because I never rub conditioner into my scalp, I just use it on the ends.

Used this for some years in the hope that it would eventually start to work for me but it didn't increase hair growth or thickness whatsoever; experience tells me that me that no shampoo can do this and companies such as this Watermans know this but prey on people's insecurity about their hair anyway. Their website boasts of their donation of their shampoos and conditioners to a hospital, which suggests that these products have some sort of seal of approval from the NHS, which is obviously not the case. I complained to Watermans about my experience, maintaining that I had persevered with the product but to no effect - they seemed to chastise me for continuing to buy it in spite of it not working and then ignored my subsequent emails. The hype is all marketing - don't waste your money!
