Let’s start with the sound. I have not changed any of the sound settings as the default settings are perfect . The clarity of the different sounds and instruments are the best I have heard in earbuds. I must have had at least 10 pairs of earbuds and these are the best for sound. The earbuds and case look and feel quality. They are very comfortable. The fitted medium was perfect for me. Now this might come as a surprise. I am using a iPhone with the buds. You can not get the Honor app on IOS. I have used the app on my Samsung android tablet to change the touch controls but to be honest you don’t need to use the app with your iPhone. The connection is never lost. It’s made me think about Honor phones if I move to Android phones in the future. Superb earbuds.
The quality seemed pretty good but after just over 3 months use the right bud has stopped working. After looking online it seems this problem isn’t that unusual. I tried all the suggested fixes without any joy. I have contacted the manufacturer & will update this review depending on the level of customer service. UPDATE: customer services were quick to respond and suggested various solutions, one of which worked. Happy with that. Good product for the money
These earbuds are just fantastic. Quality is soooo good! Great low, mid and high tones, perfectly balanced with great spatial awareness. The 3 different touch settings for noise cancellation are a godsend too. The bass alone on these is worth a strong mention, its just so well applied and not overboosted like so many brands. Buy these things, you wont regret it.

First impression of these buds was good. Fit was just about ok. Only 3 sets of tips to choose from so had to keep pushing them in. Downloaded the app and paired ok with my Samsung S10. First impressions of sound were really positive. App searched for buds update and found one. I click download & install and an error message says "Network error. Check your settings and try again". There cannot be a network error since the app has just used the network to scan for and find the update. Contacted Honor, who asked me to supply phone and software info which I did. Over the next few days I had constant warnings on my phone telling me the app (AI Space) was frequently crashing and causing rapid battery discharge. This happened multiple times per day. I uninstalled the app twice and started from scratch. No change. These buds do not have the best battery life so it is important not to use the ANC when it's not necessary since it uses more battery. If you are in an environment where you don't need the ANC the only way to tell whether it's on or not is through the app, which is impossible if you have had to uninstall it. I emailed Honor (Twice) to inform them of all this. I presume they know this is a problem because after nearly two weeks still had no response so returned the buds.
Good BUT if you use this as a third party earphone (not on Honor products) it constantly pauses whatever you're playing which can get VERYYYY annoying especially if you have your phone in your pocket or are some distance away from whatever device it's connected to.
I did a quick google search and it appear to be the latency or something along those lines. Maybe pay a bit more for an earphone that is 100% compatible for whatever device you use. Although, I must say I have used Apple airpods for my Mac and Google Pixel and I do not have this latency issue.

Das Gerät funktioniert verlässlich. Perfekt Kompatibel. mit Honor 50 über die "AI Life App" Die Earbuds werden problemlos gefunden, sofern diese richtig gekoppelt sind. Achtung bei der "AI Lfe-App" und im speziellen bei einem Honor 50 in Enstellungen -->Sicherheit -->weitere Einstellungen-->Apps aus externen Quellen installieren-->AI life App-Installation zulassen. mfg
Seit einem Update der AI Space App, kein Zugriff mehr auf die Einstellungsfunktionen der Earbuds via Handy möglich. Stattdessen verlangt die App eine Anmeldung mit Tel Nummer und Zugriffscode oder einem (zuvor) erstelltem Nutzerkonto bei HUAWEI. Eine Anmeldung (Registrierung) sei wegen "Hoher Auslastung der Internetseite" nicht möglich. Diese "hohe Auslastung" besteht allerdings unverändert schon seit etlichen Tagen. So sind die Dinger für mich jetzt Schrott, da unbrauchbar: Die Gestensteuerung an den Buds funktioniert nicht zuverlässig und ermöglicht auch nicht die Überprüfung des korrekten Sitzes usw.. Werde Gewährleistung bzw. Mängelhaftung des Händlers wegen eingetretener Unbrauchbarkeit des Produktes einfordern.
