This phone has a straight forward flip design . It also has a good weight and size to grip hold of without fear of dropping it as most of the modern makes today have a habit of doing , I'm in my ( very ) late 60s , I have myenesthisa gravis and glaucome both of which affect my grip and sight , This phone can be used hands' free with a more than credible distance and sound range . Very good also for younger people who for some reason find it difficult to use the newer tiny phones and it's cheap .

Cannot change the factory settings. Have not yet contacted seller about this.
Volume nowhere near loud enough
Speaker on phone back - so when not in use the ring tone is further diminished.
SOS button problematic.
WHY did I not return!
Because it's the only phone my elderly, mentally disabled brother can use after a disaster with an expensive smart phone.
So the PLUS side is that..
It has some weight to it
The large buttons and flip screen are Dementia friendly.
Overall - this phone is a great little spare but not for those who cannot use a mobile phone. It needs to be set for them and navigation is by intuition rather than instruction. The SOS will activate accidentally. Use of the phone assumes dexterity and no dementia. However, to have finally settled my relative with a phone he CAN use - must be given credit.
EDIT - ONE MONTH LATER
Cannot hear anything from the caller - my relative very frustrated and has returned to old phone. I cannot fix it - so need a refund

The general layout and operation of the phone is good but the instructions were pretty useless and it requires a lot of trial and error to set up. Fir me the greatest limitation was the low level received audio. The sales patter exposing how good the audio is, but my wife has hearing limitations and it was a serious disappointment in this respect. I see nothing about speakerphone on the phone or in the instructions. I’m seriously thinking about returning it.

 Este tipo de teléfonos, de corte vintage, están especialmente diseñados para su uso en personas de mayor edad, alejadas de las modernidades que les confiere la tecnología más actual.

Está construido en material plástico, con unas teclas de gran tamaño que facilitan el marcado por parte de las personas que tengan algún tipo de problema de visión. La pantalla también es de gran tamaño, con 2'4", con unos números que se ven grande y pueden regulare en tamaño.

La batería del terminal es de 1400mha que, de primeras, y en comparación con las baterías de los teléfonos actuales, puede parecer que proporcionará poca autonomía, pero debemos tener en cuenta que es un teléfono pensado para llamar y fin, sin posibilidad de instalar whatsapp, ni redes sociales por lo que, por ese lado, habrá un consumo mucho menor.

Tiene ranura para meter 2 tarjetas SIMs y una microSD y lo mejor, una opción SOS en la que se pueden establecer los números de emergencia para llamar sin demora y pedir ayuda de ser necesaria.
