The 30cm rule clearly not followed for grading my phone as it is scuffed and has white stuff, maybe glue at the bottom near the SIM card tray. Save your money and go for good as the 30 pound premium seems a waste for excellent. Next day delivery was missed for this and it arrived late on day 2, 7pm

I really like this phone. It has a big, clean screen, which makes reading text and pages very easy.

The camera in my opinion is really good, and I have enjoyed taking a few photos with it since I received the phone.

The battery has lasted a long time even when I have been using intensive apps that use location and Bluetooth, plus have taken and made multiple calls. (Sadly having to spend 40mins in a queue with on hold music.)
And even then it's not dropped below 20% despite that in a day.

However, when I don't need to call different companies and services, and also using intensive apps at the same time, the battery can last a couple of days. Or an day and a half if I need to use my phone as a Satnav for an hour long journey to and from somewhere.

I will say that there could be improvement in the fingerprint reader. Where it is on the phone, is not in place where your thumb would naturally be at the right angle to be picked up properly.
While that isn't a deal breaker for me, it could be frustrating for other people.

Now, a couple of other issues I had:

1) I ended up with the wrong charge cable with the phone. But a quick photo and message to the seller just to make them aware of this error, and the seller apologised and sent me the correct cable straight away.

2) Like other reviewers I had a few issues when I first got the phone.

It crashed twice after I set it up using my old phone, and if it had the third time I would have returned it. However, I had noticed that it only crashed when I let Google Play download apps.

So on the third time, before letting it download any apps I went to check what version of Android it was running.

It turned out it was an old version, and it just needed to be updated to the current version, and then I could download all my apps, and I haven't had a problem since.

So if you're having something similar happen hopefully it's just that it needs updating.

If you're not sure where to check what version you're running or how to update it hopefully this will help:

-Go into settings
-Scroll down to System
- Scroll down to System Update. (It will say what one you're running.)
-Press System Update
-If it finds an update tell it to install the update.

I love this phone so much. Only problem is I dropped it without the case on ont concrete a few days after I got it but didn't have accident cover on it. It's had a cracked screen ever since but it seems to be only the very top layer and has not affected the sensitivity of the screen or usage. It can't be seen unless I have the screen off and it's quite a substantial crack. All other phones I've had would have been unusable by now. I was going to get it fixed but I'm just going to wait now until I decide to upgrade which won't be for a while hopefully.

Update march 2023:
Phone still working fine and I even bought some stuff to fill in the cracks on the screen and seal with a UV light, now the screen feels like new and the cracks are barely visible. There is no sensitivity loss over where the cracks were. I wish I had done that sooner! Still a beast of a phone!

The phone came initially a couple of scratches on the screen but that was not an issue. In under a month the phone started to drain battery really quickly even when not being used. The screen has come lose on it also and it keeps getting stuck in a boot cycle. Contact made with seller and they are being very difficult making excuses as to why they won't adhere to the warranty

Bought this phone to get a good camera. Camera was excellent BUT you can't edit photos on the go as all the images get uploaded to Google photos.
I travell on the train a lot and work/study in art and design. If there is a bad network or WiFi it isn't possible to view or edit photos. So really bad for my work.
This is also an issue with music.
Even if you download music the earphones only seem to work with a good signal, as soon as you start to move around or travel by train the earphones don't work. Really poor. Not for for purpose for the price.
