The pixel 6 pro itself. Upgrading from a mate 20 pro, I had the mate 20 pro for 3 years and felt it was the right time to upgrade. The pixel 6 pro is larger, faster and generally a big improvement as expected.

However, even though the pixel has a physically larger battery, it doesn't last as long as my mate 20 pro which I was surprised with. At the end of the working day my mate 20 pro has around 50% battery left where as the pixel has 40%. I think it's due to the larger screen and the quicker screen refresh rate. Also I didn't realise the pixel didn't come with facial recognition which is one feature I do miss over the mate 20.

As for the phone itself from Amazon Warehouse. The phone itself is PERFECT. The description said there were minor scratches on the back but I couldn't see any. The front and back glass was mint. This is the 256gb version and I picked it up for £400! On top of the Amazon warehouse 12 month warranty, I checked the IMEI with Google to see how old the phone was and to my surprise the phone itself was valid from July and I bought the phone in December, so it's roughly 5 months old and Google provide 2 years warranty as well. It came with the original box, the cable looked brand new as it still had the tags and the booklet with the little SIM tool remover was there as well.

Overall my experience with Amazon warehouse has been a positive one. Well impressed.

I know the pixel 7 pro has just been released but that's £850. A 5 month old pixel 6 pro 256gb for £400, I think it's a bargain considering the spec.

Upgrade from an ancient Samsung S6 so this is like a whole new world for me. The phone runs like a dream after installing the updates to Jun 2022.

Camera is stunning, the auto portrait mode makes almost anything look good.

I love it, but definitely get a case and screen protector for outside, it's a little slippery at times!

This was meant to be Google's flagship phone. What a disappointment! When on reduced brightness the screen has a green tinge and flashes light and dark at the refresh rate. The fingerprint reader is slow, very slow, but worse still, it will recognise an unauthorised print and open. The battery life is pathetic, 12 hours' use then you have to charge again. As for wireless charging, don't go there. On a 15w charger it takes around 4 hours to fully charge from flat. There is also a black bite out of the top right corner of the screen. Google have closed down user group chat about the flashing green screen and black bite and seem to be happier to censor criticism rather than solve the problem. My liking for Google is gone. Don't be evil was their motto. Well they seem to have forgotten that. And they have just emailed me urging me to buy a Pixel 7, ha ha ha.

Great phone, best for photos when viewed on large screen and beats them all in terms of skin tone (Google’s unique algorithm) and hue and saturation for a natural effect. Have viewed photos on a 65 inch television and the resolution is sharp unlike Apple. However first unit had erratic issues with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. A replacement was fine until it came to hotspots etc. I couldn’t connect easily compared to Apple and often not at all. The battery life is appalling as I’m a heavy user but the connectivity ruined it for me. True, I have data but I download music and movies etc. and having Wi-Fi is a must. The phone is pretty useless otherwise. It’s a shame as this is the best camera phone since the Huawei 30 Pro but that was a no-buy once Google pulled out. If you are looking for a great camera phone, go for the Pixel Pro. If you are a heavy phone user, this isn’t quite up to it as Apple and Samsung are. Fingerprint misfires but likely due to screen protectors.

Bought to replace a OnePlus 7T and am really impressed so far. Shipped with Android 12 but upgrade to Android 13 immediately available. It was suffering with poor battery life and overheating but the September update from Google has mostly solved this. Great size screen, amazing camera and really happy with this phone so far.

Quería este teléfono desde que salió, pero no me quería gastar 900€ en un teléfono con 128gb de memoria.. yo saco muchas fotos y vídeos de mis hijos, y el espacio se me acaba rápido, con esta versión de 256gb voy mucho más tranquilo y no tengo que estar pasando las fotos al ordenador cada pocas semanas..
Y el teléfono en general me encanta, llevo con los Google pixel desde el Pixel 2XL (venía de un iPhone X) y no quiero otro teléfono que no sea un Google pixel
