Bought these to use in 2 pairs of football boots I have. Cut them to the size that I required and they were still way too long. I ended up cutting them down to 2 sizes less than what I wear. This happened in both my Adidas and Mizuno boots.

Apart from that they are comfy and offer support. I would probably purchase again if needed

I am on my feet a ton due to work. While these were nicer than my beat-down shoe soles, I will say they didn't have much padding around the balls of the feet- where I put most of my weight. So If you have to wear boots or tend to walk more on the balls of your feet, I would suggest different ones.
