Like colour, hard to pull right out, did a measurement meter by meter, I counted 19, but that's OK, noticed a small drip coming from the housing. But mostly quite happy.

I've had it for months over summer and it's worked well:-
-Robust: Good, not had any issues with it falling apart during use.
-Feeding out cable: Good, feeds out smoothly for full length
-Retracting cable: OK, normally the "pull and feed-back" works well
-Rotation of wall mount: Good, easily aligns it self with the direction I pull the hose
I was initially hesitant to buy a none brand make. But this has been reliable and given me no issues. I'm glad I saved the price on a more expensive make.
The only small issue was that it comes with a competent but hard to use twist nozzle connection. You have to use both hands to twist it (annoying if you want to move from one location to another and not drench everything on the way, needs a lot of twisting opening and then shutting it off). Simple and cheap fix: I bought a trigger nozzle. Now its perfect. It didn't cost much. Overall I would recommend that you buy this and a trigger nozzle to begin with and you won't be disappointed.
