Bought this to replace my old Samsung Galaxy watch which I'd had for about five years. Did consider another Samsung but decided to try this much cheaper watch based on customer feedback. So glad I did.
It connected up to my Samsung S10 smart phone without any problems and was easy to set up.
Feels good quality and seems to have all the functions of my original Galaxy watch plus some extra new ones. Even has Alexa built in
Nice size and weight and a good clear and bright screen.
Battery life seems very good and even with all functions active and monitoring, it lasts more than twice as long between charges as my old watch and recharges very quickly.
Overall, very pleased and happy to give it 5 stars.

Having previously owned a ID205L smart watch for a few years and it starting to look rather scratched & tatty, and as my birthday was coming up my wife bought me this ID208Plus. I have been using it for a few weeks now and have been extremely impressed with the additional features it provides. Like that REM sleep data is collected and synced with the VerFit app, which I was already familiar with. One feature that I found better than expected was the built in speaker & mic having received a call whilst out walking and not having to get my phone from my pocket. Loud enough to hear but not so loud it was broadcasting the conversation to everyone around. Messages from Whatapp, Messenger & emails all come through without a problem and alarm easy to use. Haven't tried Alexa yet or music but I feel comfortable they will work. So far the two-way communication with the app and my watch has been faultless with the battery lasting well over a week between charges. The VeryFit App also works with my Strava app which is a bonus. My wife has a FitBit and seems no better for what we use them for but the FitBit was much higher cost. All in all very happy with this smartwatch.

This is a decent watch for the price, with features such as a 'torch', phone finder and allowing messages etc to appear on the screen. It charges pretty quickly too.

The slight cons, though, are that there aren't many nice free watch faces that display both the time and date, which are things that I like to have easy access to. However, I overcame this issue by downloading my own photo (which is another good feature) and this enabled me to have the date and time displayed as well.

Another slight negative is that it only starts counting your steps after you've taken at least 30, so it's not great if you are mainly wanting this watch to accurately record your step count.

My watch also seems to lose connection to my phone a bit too frequently for my liking, even though my Bluetooth is always on, but as long as I open the app again, it gets reconnected.

To summarise, the price of this watch is pretty good for the features it has and I am generally happy with it, but if you want something with a more accurate step count or better connectivity, it would probably be worth paying a bit more for something else

This watch is pretty decent. I had my first walk with it today and I deliberately put the step counter I have on my phone on at the same time so I could compare. The steps were very similar on both not the same but pretty close and the calories burned was different compared to the tracker on my phone however I just met in the middle with them both so no big deal gives me a rough idea and the heart rate was going up when I was getting out of breath and going down when I wasn't out of breath so again must be accurate to some extent. A couple of cons and that's that halfway through my walk my phone lost connection with the watch but the watch was still counting everything so no big deal and in the middle of the night my watch wakes me up to tell me my heart rate has gone too low which may be the case but still annoying in that sense but it's not a loud noise but I'm a light sleeper so wakes me up. You can turn the heart rate moniter off on your phone and watch so you don't have to deal with that. However this watch has maybe highlighted an issue with my heart rate especially when I'm sleeping so may need to see if this is something that keeps getting picked up and perhaps visit my GP. Overall good watch and happy with it.

I have had it for a month at this point. The display blacked out for days(3-4) recently. During those days only the morning alarm would sound or a random call could connect. Before I had a moment to contact tech support it started working again. So now I turn it off at night and on when I wake. I do love that I can talk to a caller and view in coming text messages. I love that I can upload photos to personalize the face. Don't like that It won't sync with my Contacts which is weird because when I get a text it displays the special names I gave to those in my Contacts. Do like...It tracks heart health and sends Health reminders. The band is sturdy. It tells time, has a timer, easy/fast charging and has a Wake gesture; DND feature and Find my Phone feature. Kept it. Only purchase. You will/may get a single email from the company so read it.
