Please see pics attached.I don’t really see many ways this could’ve happened without a human being directly responsible. Since it’s a liquid product that I plan to use in my child’s bedroom, it made me very uneasy seeing the box tampered with on arrival. I will test it on some kitchen roll first to make sure there’s nothing wrong with it, and I know it’s very likely to be totally fine and somebody just screwed up the box for whatever reason. I’d like to be certain before using it around my kid though.Just plain bad business to f* with people’s purchases, especially since you don’t know whether it was intended for a baby or child rather than an adult. I’ve no clue whether it was Amazon’s handlers that ripped it or someone at the origin company, but either way it isn’t great.The product appears fine and smells as I expected it to, and I can’t smell any funky underlying notes that would suggest it was messed with. It’s just scary not knowing whether some deranged bugger took a wizz in the bottle or what 🤷🏻‍♀️

I use this on my pillow every night as part of my bedtime routine. I like the smell but I can't say for certain if it has helped my sleep as there are other things I have done which may be helping. I also think the scent could be a bit stronger and last longer because personally I don't notice the scent as much after a little while. Nevertheless I would order again but would also consider trying a different brand.

Love the smell of this product! I use it on my toddler's bedding and I've used it since he was about six months old. Can't comment on whether it actually assists with his sleep as he has slept like a log since day dot. I just use it to keep the cot smelling fresh and familiar rather than as a sleep-aid. Smells much nicer than just the plain old lavender ones. You can smell the lavender, but it's a much nicer blend. Hard to describe, but the aroma is much less harsh and herbal. Also doesn't leave that oily feeling on your hands and doesn't leave any stains on the linen and dries really quickly.
