I'm on my third pot of this gorgeous magnesium sleep butter. It's a large pot, so I never feel I have to watch how much I use. It sinks in really well, but not so quickly you can't spend a little time massaging it in. I use in on my feet, back of legs, shoulder, neck - wherever needs a bit of TLC, especially at night, but also during the day too. It seems to ease aches, and I believe it helps me sleep. I have just recommended it to a friend who has trouble sleeping. This is going to be a regular purchase.

I bought this to see if it would help with restless legs at night. smells lovely when you put it on and feels nice too. Absorbs nicely so it doesn’t leave your legs feeling sticky in bed. But by the morning the scent has changed to a kind of plastic-y smell on your skin and bed sheets. Won’t buy again for this reason. Not sure if it helped with the restless legs or not as didn’t use it for enough nights to be able to tell!

This lotion has a good consistency and absorbs well into my skin. I use a bit of it on my calves and bottoms of my feet before I head to bed each night. I honestly cannot say if it has improved my sleeping, but it hasn't made things worse so I will consider that to be a win. I typically will fall asleep quickly anyways, so I'm not fully sure that this will cause me to sleep faster. It has a good scent to it, not overpowering. It does not make my skin feel greasy at all either. I think it does also help to make my skin a bit smoother. Overall, this is a good product and I recommend. Some other lotions I have looked at claim to do the same things, but are way more expensive so I think this is a good alternative.
