Just arrived and tried one on. I see what other reviews mean by the foam discs- they're quite thick and not held in place, but you could always put a stitch in at a couple of points around the edge if you want to keep them in place. Personally I preferred it with the padded disc taken out. The one I tried on was easy to get in to and felt comfy- not so tight as to pinch or dig in, but clings enough that I feel confident it wouldn't slip down- much more preferable to boned or tight fitting strapless bras that are difficult to breathe in! Not as much 'lift' as a premium brand, but who cares?! Comfort over appearance gets my vote every time! ☺️
For reference I'm roughly a size 12 (depending on brand/ cut etc 🙄) with 33" under bust and 38" over bust and the medium was perfect in size x
