Il cuscinetto della pianta è morbido ma non sostiene, dà l'idea di appiattirsi dopo poco uso. La gomma della pianta era già sporca, come fosse stata usata, e in più entrambe le calzature erano cosparse di peli bianchi di animale, persino nelle pieghe delle cuciture interne. Il prodotto non restituiva l'idea di essere stato realizzato in un ambienti igienico. Restituite immediatamente.
