Soothing, softening, all round good product
I ordered this product in desperation when hydrocortisone cream was not clearing up the severe breakout of eczema on my earlobes. After a few days, results! My skins started clearing, the eczema was softened, the scales went away, and now a week later my skin is totally healed. The cream itself is thin but not runny, applies well and is soothing and slightly cooling. The smell is quite... Antiseptic like, but it's a medicated cream so I don't care!What I really wanted to comment on was the redicilously over the top packaging size. A tiny bottle of cream does not warrant a huge bubble wrap jiffy bag; which I can only assume is non-recyclable as it doesn't say it is anywhere on the packaging. Wtf happened to being able to pack it in a tiny box, or a cardboard sleeve?

I use the larger tubs of epaderm on a daily basis but these are great for out and about and within my handbag.

The cream does have a slightly strange smell if you put lots on but the positives outweigh the negatives by being non sticky and good moisturising.

In terms of this against other excema creams, I've found epaderm more moisturising than diprobase and more effective than doublebase. There's also an epaderm ointment available if you prefer that to creams too.
