When I unpacked it I noticed a hole in the material. I purchased it for a blow up mattress for visitors. The blow up mattress is a double bed and I ordered a King size and so glad I did because it fits perfectly. The double bed mattress topper would have been too small. The mattress topper is more like a mattress protector, it is very thin. It is NOT 3cm thick as advertised! It is more like 1cm thick. It does the job for me for now but would have returned it if I didn’t need it for my guests tonight. If you want to buy this to place over an old mattress as a topper please don’t waste your money. The material is cheap and don’t think it will last long. I would be too afraid to wash it as I think it will tear, that’s how thin the material is. Rather spend a little more and buy something decent and a minimum of 5-10cm thick.Really sad that avertisers lie just to sell their products.

I got this in desparation because of an arthritic back. I was a bit dubious if it would help as I have had them in the past and they didn't give much relief. However this is on a different level, it is so comfy and gives great amount of relief to achy bones. The full sided attachment is far better than the straps too and keeps it fully in place doesn't move in the night. At £40 it was a bargain. One very happy customer.

The images are not true to how the item looks when installed on a bed of similar size to the pictures.
It is not as memory foam reliant as advertised nor is it as effective at regulating heat as advertised.
The spacious depth and softness in the images is not accurate to the de-compressed product.

I allowed the item to decompress over 1 week, and assisted with fluffing and a neutral temp hair dryer to force air into the foam to have it show a true size. It will not evenly inflate, nor will it reach a potential shown in the images. While it is decompressing you may find the memory foam is so compressed when it does start to air out- it will tear itself in some sections: especially the corners as the fabric is thin and fragile. This was after 72 hours of leaving it on its own over a beam.

It is still useful but it is not true to advertising. Buyer Beware.

I was recommended this and when I went to look, found an extra voucher...
The listing details states 5cm and if you watch the video, you see a cutaway showing a very thick, plump layer of bedding - a good 5cm!
Order arrived in a tatty broken box but the vac sealed bag was intact.
Opened it up, no instructions, left for a good 15+hrs and it was 1.5cm.
Contacted the seller who told me to pop it in the sun (go on holiday?), give it little taps etc - it was all daft... then report back... So, another 24hrs later, it's still the same!
In all, it feels like a really thin, cheap polyester quilt, that's been squashed.
No foam etc in there, can't feel it at all, certainly no memory foam action.
Very annoyed as I'm not even sure I can return this now and it will be a pain as the box is knackered and no vac wrap either!

I read lots of the reviews, I even read some independent reviews and this came up as one of the best - pft!! If this is one of the best I dread to think that others are like!
This is more of a mattress protector that a topper.
I bought it to put on a 6 month old mattress that is slightly too firm.
This topper is not deep, as described. I left it out for 2 days to fluff up. It didn't. It's maybe 1.5cm deep at the very best!
When I got into bed I forgot it was on - the bed didn't feel a whole lot different. Certainly no cooler. My back is still achy in the morning.
Very disappointed!!

Very thin, approximately 1cm thick, not even close to the 3cm advertised. I left it for 48 hours to expand before use, only expanded initially after unpacked.

I felt no difference with one nights use so returned. I genuinely cannot see the point of this, it's useless. Also its impossible to return in the original packaging as it arrives vacuum packed.
