I can’t recommend these enough for new mums. I delivered a week ago and have been wearing them ever since. They are so comfy and stretchy and fit maternity pads/ice packs as well if you need them. They come over your tummy slightly to give it extra support as it shrinks back down which also smooths out your tummy instead of digging in. You can wear them day or night under leggings/nighties. The shorts version are also super flattering. So much better than the beige granny looking maternity knickers I’ve seen elsewhere. I actually feel really nice in them which I wasn’t expecting at all. Probably my biggest purchase recommendation to new mums.

Also although I did throw away the ones I used in the hospital, since I've been home I've washed some of the pairs several times and they're just as comfy and supportive afterwards so, just bear that in mind - they don't have to be one use only.
