Better packaging
Great product as clumps together urine however used to be delivered in a cardboard box which was ideal to protect the plastic bags especially as they are heavy. Last couple of times they have come in just the plastic bags and have been delivered with holes in them. This one was especially big and was lucky to not be raining as was left outside all day. I'd be happier if they were packaged better otherwise I think I'll b looking for other companies.

Compared to other wood litters, this is pretty good at holding pee smells in, but not for poop.
We prefer this to other litter types as it is much easier to clean since the cat does not bring litter all over as much.

It does come in a huge pack so do consider how to bring it into your home should delivery drops it far from your home door. It is heavy too. We suggest a small trolley to carry it around.

pretty good value for amount you get. Cat is happy to pee in the same spot twice.

It does flake off to small bits of wood once it is wet, and the cat, which is long haired, but do get her paws trimmed, does bring it around the place. Most of it lands next to her litter box which is good, but you do get the occasional little piece all the way at the other end of your home.

Bought 7 times, no big issues so far with the product other than the delivery people refusing to bring it up to us, except the one time (thank you royal mail!) and it IS heavy.

We always use wood pellet cat litter and this is good quality in a massive 30l bag. This bag size lasts us a couple of months and having it delivered saves us a lot of hassle. Unfortunately the bag is plastic - the one downside really, as otherwise this is a great product.

This stuff is great. Les’s messy than Catsan and my kitten goes straight in. This is my first cat/kitten. He’s seven wks old and I’ve only had him a few days but he is so clever. Next step is the citikitty routine. It’s surprisingly absorbent. It sucks up his pee very quickly and no smell. Highly recommend. It may be a bit more expensive but the size of the sack is great. I do have 7 litres of catsan to give away as these wood pellets are now what I’ll always use for his litter trays until he’s trained on the citikitty.

Based on the title alone it doesn’t sound like a problem, but it is. Ok maybe it’s more of an inconvenience but still, every time I order this product I get different results:

First Order - Came as it should, no issues, great product!

Second time - Different packaging, it was purple with a cartoon cat on it. There was a hole in the packaging so cat litter was everywhere!

Third time - Probably the last time I order, there was a hole in the bag and despite the packaging being what is advertised, there should be NO HOLES.

Overall, price is too high, packaging varies from being sturdy to having rips in it but the actual quality of the litter is good! Cats love it but I’m not happy with the service so will swapping for a cheaper product.

I have been using Catsan (easy accessible everywhere in all the places) and accidentally ordered this because Catsan was unavailable for re-order (twice) this month… I was very hesitant to find other substitute because there seems nothing can replace Catsan in the market. However, this super lightweight cat litter changed my life. First of all, 30L wood pellets is wayyyy easier to carry upstairs than a 20L catsan, and sometimes catsan’s package are broken and leak all over which creates a mess for me to clean up in the hallway… Second, i have 7 cats and usually i have to clean up on daily basis, with this virgin wood litter, there is no awful smell and i can do my job every two days which is less stressful for me! Also, after the pellets are wet, it becomes a pile of wooden powder, its easier to pick that up and won’t break my trash bag because the litter is so soft! Im gonna delete my auto subscription of catsan litter because this is so much better than catsan!
