Great product and creates a smooth, frizz free blow dry, but it’s worth mentioning the pump nozzle was missing from the bottle. Not sure if the same for every order but there’s no way of requesting one and the description doesn’t make it clear if it’s required separately. Just to make others aware as it gets a bit messy and not the easiest to dispense from the bottle! Other than that the treatment itself does what it says :)

My only problem is the delivery of the product. The first one turned up broken (not the drivers fault). It then took me some time to get a replacement as the response was this product cannot be returned or replaced. I eventually got to talk to a chatbot who immediately ordered a replacement. Felt like a mission to get there but all rectified in the end. For that I’m dropping a star.

my first color wow purchase and i had really high hopes for this product after its bold claims. my highlighted hair has become very dry and tangled during winter time and was hoping this would help. i used it as per instructions with heat ( blow dried my hair) but it left my hair feeling terrible. my hair felt like straw after and it felt sticky. my hair felt so heavy after using this product it was like i needed to wash it again ! I'm so disappointed and upset as this is a lot of money £20 to waste and you can't return either. not a happy customer.

I never leave reviews but I hope that this will help someone who is in a similar place to where I was. My hair was breaking off in bits mid-strand all over. It would literally come away in my hands after shampooing. My hair dresser recommended this and I bought it to then end up leaving it on the dresser cos never believe anything could help: at Xmas I was desperate and used it for the first time and it was truly amazing. I haven’t stopped using it since. Would highly recommend and hope this helps someone.

This is the most amazing hair product I have ever used. My hair is very dull and brittle due to years of bleaching.
