I put a few drops on my skin when it is dry, on my nails for conditioning and on the ends of my hair or in conditioner. It sinks in really well and it’s one of those oils that doesn’t make you look greasy! It has a very faint smell . It comes with a dropper and a spray for choice. Time will tell whether it has any effect but it feels good
