Unfortunately this product arrived broken! I also bought other ‘better you’ products and they were delivered in packaging to stop leakage etc but the sleep lotion did not which resulted in this explosion. Not great. 1/3 of the bottle gone.

I had tried the magnesium oil - it dried my skin and became (topically) Quite painful to use.
I had been urged to try a 'magnesium source' to help with my foot/toe and calf cramps. They can seize up quite badly and are rather painful. I wear slippers! (alternating so they get a fresh start after a while!) - I walk, do various stretches - I am fairly active. Yet I have this issue! (I am being considered/tested for a few things).
HOWEVER in the mean time. THIS - omg. Has been awesome.

FIRST let me say - as a reminder. NO one 'product' is going to guarantee 100% pain free results.
It's always a 50/50 chance that it might work! And if so - how much - as everyone is *different* and will respond differently! (some might have tried this! But responded better to the OIL version whereas I did not, etc.)

Secondly - this has not only REDUCED (not totally gone!) But drastically reduced my severe foot/toe cramps (I will also get my calves) But - this has ALSO helped my husband with a BAD neck/shoulder pain. VERY effective for him.

It doesn't hurt that I have a background as a certified clinical massage therapy qualification! so I do know some very good strokes - deep tissue and eflleurage to work areas - or 'whole areas' - work the lotion in with generous amount for each foot - really MASSAGE it in - with care - NOT a 'fast fix' - and I feel it does take a few days before noticing a difference (if not a few weeks - as with any medicinal product!) (Then again, some may notice a difference straight away! - just remember everyone will react/respond differently! this may do nothing at all for some!)

After having increased my CAL/MAG/POTassium +D3 - no effect.
Altering (With GP AND nutritionist guidance) - altering to add in Zinc, B6 and additional magnesium. I was still experiencing really bad foot/toe cramps. This LOTION has helped - it's the FIRST thing that has really made any difference.

I STILL DO get them - but omg - nowhere nearly as much as previous.
(Which - again, I am undergoing - waiting for tests - to happen and results) (neuropathy and Raynaud's syndrome).
Highly recommend though.
The consistency is 'medium' (it isn't going to drip off like pouring milk let's say - but it's not a thick 'cream' either) I'd say it's of 'average lotion consistency' - it does have the lavender - which is subtle.

I can't say that it's helped me to sleep or hubby for that matter but the primary purpose - has been to help my foot/toe cramps - and later (unintentionally!) for my husband's neck and shoulder issues. Very good product!! (We're on the third bottle!! :if that says anything!) (I keep it in my trolley for saved later and price watch it lol)

What can I say about it ? Well it was a great value for money as everywhere else I looked was more expensive but I bought this after trying one of their other products and weirdly found that magnesium seems to help my sleep

After a quick Google search I realized that magnesium does have sleep aiding properties so I thought I'd try this and lo and behold I slept like an angel

Would definitely buy it again it seems like it will last a long time as it squeezes a small amount out and is hard to overuse , the lotion isn't oily and doesn't leave a film ,I feel relaxed and wake up feeling like I've had a great sleep which is important as I struggle to sleep well these days

Initially when I tried this , I didn’t think it changed anything,. fast forward several months or more and I tried again , this time I put lotion on my feet , primarily the soles of my feet and then around ankles /top of foot etc with what’s left on my hands . I am sleeping through more , not waking up every night as I used to and when I do wake up I go back to sleep quicker. I notice enough of a difference to make the effort of remembering to put lotion on each night and buy more to keep a stock in so I don’t run out .

I have restless legs pretty much most nights. I squirt each leg with one pump and rub in. If I need more, I just keep adding until my legs stop fidgeting.
This product does leave your legs feeling a bit oily and your hands feeling dry weirdly and I need to either wash my hands or put cream on them.
Overall, I would use this and I take it away with me on any overnight stay.

 I love the smell it’s gray. It does really help when you put it on the places that hurt like I put it on my back and my knees. Do not put it on the bottom of your feet. They will like cause it to crack like do not do it but otherwise like this Cream does provide like instant relief of pain. I mean it doesn’t last forever in the morning if I still have a little pain, it will be there, but I love it.
