I brought this as I suffer with hypermobility and the pregnancy was causing my back to be in a lot of pain. I didn't think this would do much to be honest but after using it my back pain had virtually gone. Once I wore it for the first time I found it easy to put on the second and third times etc.
My belt originally arrived slightly dirty (a small patch) and I contacted the company who replied very fast and sent out a new one for me. So like 5/5 for customer service!
One thing I didn't expect with this is that you can wear it for each trimester (different parts of the belt per trimester) and there is also a postpartum way to wear the belt which I absolutely love. The booklet the belt came with also came with instructions and exercises to do for each stage of pregnancy/post partum.
One thing I do reccomnd is wearing it on top of clothing as it does rub a little (it feels like the velcro rubs a bit) but that could also be down to the way I wear it but ontop of clothing is certainly more comfy for me!
