The phone all around was in great condition and was totally worth the purchase! However if you are a *perfectionist* or whatever, they do come with little imperfections like mine came with little scratches on the corner and sides however with a case on there is no visible damage at all! The battery life is good about a whole day of battery if not used all day. The only little thing that I can say is bad about my renewed phone is that when I try to play voice messages to my ear it turns the screen black and I have no idea why but it’s barely a big fault! If anyone is wondering whether to get one just ask yourself if your willing to save £200+ for some minor scratches?

I bought this phone in excellent condition and it is perfect, not a single scratch on the screen and fully functional. The phone also came with a charger (as it says in description) and a very good screen protector (although I imagine this depends on the seller). The camera quality is amazing which was a big concern for me since i like taking photos. The battery health of it was 89%, which is good for a refurbished phone and hasn’t run out very fast at all.
Overall very happy with this phone, especially considering it is refurbished.

Thee screen doesn’t work and writes random words in the middle of my text. Sometimes doesn’t swipe up or down, occasionally seems to crash or get backed up with a backlog of actions. Battery sometimes stays on the same number e.g. 2% for ages even when plugged in. Unable to access any support for the item. Attempted refund on Amazon and it doesn’t take me through to speak to anyone.

I bought this phone for my mother. Externally, the phone is almost perfect. But, she accidentally dropped it in the water. After that, it cannot be turned on. Water protection does not work. I am so disappointed.

Le seul point negatif est esthétique:
le téléphone possède 2 griffures au niveau du bas du châssis et l’écran possède 2 légères.
Pas génial pour un téléphone en excellent état après ne gêne en rien l’utilisation.
Par contre:
l’état de la batterie est à 100%, les performances du téléphones sont conformes et le reste dé l’esthétique du téléphone est bon.
J’enlève donc 1* pour l’aspect esthétique sinon je recommande les yeux fermés.
